How many months or years did Mr. White say were needed to develop "permanent supportive housing," and to whom would the rent for the units be paid?
I'm sure that people who read the article will find a way to blame the Trump administration; those are going to be people with no experience of the shocking, chronic dysfunction of the local and state systems that are supposed to help the homeless.
