Your prognosis for a broken bone does not depend on what kind of person the doctor who treats you is.
The subjectivity of psychiatry has always prevented accountability for practitioners, to such an extent that the system itself does more harm than good and always has. It doesn't have to be that way and it shouldn't be, but it is.
