Domestic violence

I met a homeless woman who told me that, for years, her husband told her that he would eventually beat her badly enough to put her in a wheelchair.  When I met her, she was in a wheelchair.  Her story ended with "and he did."

The Pine Street Inn offers no support either to survivors or to perpetrators of domestic violence.  It is one of the many homeless issues for which this organization offers no support.
