I don't know how to convey to someone who has grown up the way that you have how skewed your understanding of reality is.

I haven't read even one of the articles from that Google search. I don't really need to; despite the difficulties of my individual life, I was fortunate enough not to be born and raised in a setting which totally devalues women, which considers them to be less than objects on an assembly line, to be used and discarded as if they are toys.
If I were irreparably disfigured tomorrow, I would be sad about it, but I wouldn't lose all feeling of having worth. Can you say the same?

To say that the children of people from the American entertainment industry grow up in a bubble doesn't begin to describe the extent to which you have been excluded from every social advance for which the rest of the world has striven for decades.
I don't know if you even realize that there are men of all ages, outside your industry, who really want women to have equality to men, who like smart women, who want them to be successful, who do not want the women in their lives to be appendages.
If you have time, there's also this to think about:

I am not one of those people who thinks that all organized religion is evil. However, it is important to recognize its history and its flaws, and to consider how to contribute to its progress.
Feminism isn't only about power. It's not about a woman being able to dominate men, to be the wealthiest person or to be unnecessarily rude to other people without consequence. Equality is not about dominating other people.
