What "she" can't be is poor.

When you are poor, people frequently treat you as if you have no rights.

As I have said before, these people have one set of rules for themselves and another set of rules for everyone else.  They don't think that there's a discrepancy between demanding that their safety is respected while they criminally victimize anyone whom they want to victimize who can't stop them.  

I really hate them.  I don't know who wouldn't.
