Amateur marketing ideas for Au Bon Pain

What about changing the color scheme to red, white and blue, with designs that aren't an American flag and aren't a French flag but suggest both?

If you design and try some cups with that color scheme and design, and they work, maybe you could put a purple heart on the cup sleeves and start giving a percentage of proceeds for awareness and prevention of domestic violence, internationally.

What about also changing the image to reflect a hypothetical French middle class and American middle class persona?  Friendly, cheerful, relaxed, educated but not snobby, curious about the world and living within one's means.
