What are they going to do, bury the homeless in mass graves?
Homeless people aren't going to get hospital beds or ventilators where there are shortages.
When they die, who's going to track down what might be left of their families? Who's going to pay for their funerals? Where are the cities going to store the bodies until they can be buried?
Are they just going to record that these people died in case anyone ever thinks to look for them and then cremate them all?
