Young, American manhood, brought to you by the conglomerate

He has the baby saying lewd things.

Mr. Puth has perfect pitch.  He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music.  He is 28 years old.

He has millions of Instagram followers.

He has had many awards and nominations from his industry.

He is obsessed with harassing and otherwise degrading me.

Who am I to tell him no? Who am I to criticize? Who am I to tell him that he is OFFENSIVE?  I think that's what he's thinking.

That way of thinking is prevalent in the music industry, among both men and women although within the industry women as a group continue to be at a disadvantage.  Consciously or not, it is the message that he has sent and will continue to send to his millions of followers, and it is the message that most of that industry has sent and will continue to send to the collective billions of people who either want to be influenced by the music industry or who can't avoid having their lives affected by it.

The supposedly seismic feminist upheaval of the last few years hasn't changed the entertainment industry.  If anything, the entitlement is worse because of the ongoing lack of concern from everyone for my situation specifically and for the plight of people victimized by voyeurism and involuntary pornography generally.
