This is and has been a situation in which incursion is entirely unwarranted. Russian foreign policy is frustrating. All those people wanted was to live in a democratic society. It's so disheartening that the first quarter of the 21st century is a time of normalization of genocide, starvation and unchecked disease and a combination of apathy, equivocation and greed from the powers that could confront these plagues.
