The charges against Amy Cooper should be dropped. The speed with which a law was passed which is permanently associated with her name, especially considering the way that men can abuse women for years in direct violation of existing law, was upsetting.

A work environment in an industry which forms and reinforces global perceptions is innately hostile if the people who do most of the work are subjected to exclusionary business practices.
