Christian Cooper harassed Amy Cooper.

He did not have to film her; she was about to leash her dog.  He did not have to walk around Central Park with dog treats to give to unleashed dogs, knowing that dog owners don't like it when strangers give food to their dogs.

When someone is harassed, nobody can expect that the harassed person will always have a reasonable response.  This is especially true when the goal of the harasser is to elicit an unreasonable response, film it and put it online as a "Karen" video.  

The charges against Amy Cooper should be dropped.  The entire situation has been disgusting, not least the lies told by prosecutors to convict her and the media's investment in her conviction.
