Please try negotiation again. You know that the U.S. has the military advantage. It is right for the stronger side to do everything possible to resolve a conflict peacefully.
If you can't resolve the conflict peacefully, then the U.S. is morally obligated to avoid cultural targets. We're not terrorists.
