What is community policing going to do about slavery?

Slavery isn't the only problem.  The police are already incompetent at addressing crime that is committed and facilitated online or they are overwhelmed by how much technologically committed and facilitated crime there is.  Their training and resources haven't been updated to cope with the modern world.

Is community policing going to successfully address all of that crime?  Is it going to track down pedophile rings?  Investigate livestreaming of sexual assault?  Stop illegal weapons trafficking?
